No Restocking Fee
Most of the companies charge unwanted 15% or more restocking fee. But here at Columbia Fasteners we value our clients more than money, hence, we don’t charge any restocking fee, taking the condition in account that our products should be new as it is when it was delivered, It should be unused and in resalable condition, so that we can provide it to the needy one. No Restocking Policy Fee policy applies to the retail customers only, not for the bulk orders from contractors.
Delivery Inspection for Bulk Orders
We inspect all the bulk shipments before they leave from the warehouse for the delivery. We make sure that the products will be delivered to you without any damage and in working condition just as it uses to be when we ship it. For better enlighten we request the customer to check the package after the arrival.

We assist our customer`s claim, arises due to wrong handling or delivery. Nonetheless, once the deliveries are accepted and signed then the package will become the customer’s responsibility.
